The record begins at Badplaas in July 2023 and runs to the Lomahasha Border Post in July 2025: heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine and cannabis, seized by the member services on the basis of information shared through the cell. The largest single seizure in the region’s record — 1 488 kg of methamphetamine and 1 356 kg of heroin — was made by the DCEA in Tanzania in December 2023.
