Ministerial Trilateral Strategy<\/h4>\n

The Trilateral Planning Cell, also known as the Ministerial Trilateral Strategy, was established by the ministers responsible for policing of the \u00a0Republics of South Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania; supported by the UNODC to counter the influx of heroin, and associated organised crime to the trilateral states. The TPC was expanded to the region and is represented by the membered states with a unified objective to disrupt organised crime networks.<\/p>\n
